Changes Announced to Credential Select Portfolio Fund Family

VANCOUVER, BC - Ethical Funds Inc. today announced changes to the underlying funds of the Credential® Select Portfolio Funds.

"As part of our commitment to provide consistent, competitive returns to our investors, we're making adjustments to the underlying fund asset mixes for three of the Credential Select Portfolio Funds," said Don Rolfe, President and CEO.

Most fund-of-funds require occasional adjustments to underlying asset mixes to ensure that investors' objectives are met through an optimal asset mix. Each of the Credential Select Portfolio Funds is a complete portfolio with an all-star line up of quality brand name mutual funds.

Effective December 16, 2003, the Credential Select Portfolio Funds will invest in the following underlying funds in the percentages indicated:
