(CFI), is pleased to announce the appointment of Don Rolfe as President and CEO of CFI and its subsidiaries, including Credential Asset Management Inc., Credential Securities Inc., Credential Insurance Services Inc. and, upon completion of the DISCO transaction with CUMIS, MemberCARE Financial Services Inc. |  |
| Don is no stranger to Credential Group®, having served as interim CEO since January 2003. This appointment confirms the full support of CFI's Board of Directors and Management to the various business and leadership initiatives Don has undertaken over the past months, and our confidence in his ability to provide leadership to the organization in achieving its customers' and its shareholders' objectives in the future. Don brings over 25 years of senior management experience to Credential. A native of Montreal, he is a graduate in Business Administration and his career has included senior executive line and staff positions in CIBC, Royal Trust and the Royal Bank. In these roles, he was responsible for developing, managing and executing strategic lines of business, with specific responsibility for marketing, sales, strategy, customer service and new product development. He has served as both President of a mutual funds division and Chair of a securities firm.
