The larger fixed income proportion in your portfolio is designed to provide a steady return through income distributions. The equity portion of your EnRich Income Growth Portfolio offers some inflation protection and the potential for capital gains. 
 
Investment Strategy
 

Asset Class Diversification
The EnRich Portfolio uses asset allocation to diversify between asset classes (stocks, bonds and cash) in order to maximize the risk-return trade off. The portfolio is further diversified geographically and by the multiple investment styles of your Investment Managers.

The EnRich Income Growth Portfolio also provides diversification by sector, with each EnRich Asset Pool investing in multiple industries and sectors. Based on these factors, the asset allocation is 35% equity and 65% income. As such, your EnRich Income Growth Portfolio has the following proportions of underlying asset pools:

  • 65.0% Credential EnRich Income Pool
  • 10.0% Credential EnRich Canadian Equity Pool
  • 12.5% Credential EnRich US Equity Pool
  • 12.5% Credential EnRich International Equity Pool
