Mutual Fund Dealer Integration

Bringing Credential Asset Management Inc. and Qtrade Asset Management Inc. together

On April 1, 2018, Credential Financial Inc. joined Qtrade Financial Group and NEI Investments to create our new parent company, Aviso Wealth Inc. Since then, we have been integrating our various businesses.

The next step involves the integration of our mutual fund dealer companies, which includes accounts offered through our mutual fund dealers - Credential Asset Management Inc. and Qtrade Asset Management Inc.

The integration took effect as of Monday, January 18, 2021. Information is being shared with clients of Credential Asset Management Inc. and Qtrade Asset Management Inc. in the June, September, and December quarterly statements, with additional details provided on this page as they are available.

With this integration, there is new documentation as of January 18, 2021:

• Account Agreement and Disclosure Document (AA&DD)
• Declaration of Trust

Statement changes
Your December statements will reflect all activity for the quarter ending December 31, 2020.
Please note, you will receive two mailings for the quarter ending March 31, 2021:

• A Statement – from our new system, in a new format with your new account number(s); and
• A Pre-Conversion Activity Summary – from our previous system, which provides transaction details from January 1-15, 2021 (before the system conversion as of Monday, January 18).

Online access to your account

As of January 18, 2021, Credential Asset Management Qtrade Asset Management clients have access to a new online account portal called Credential Online that allows you to view information about your mutual fund account(s). Please see the relevant document below highlighting the process you are required to follow to set up your profile in Credential Online.
