Your benefits are effective from your start date and all premiums are 100% company paid.

To help you achieve your retirement goals, the company matches up to 6% of your RRSP contributions. You are able to participate in the Group RRSP plan right from your start date.

Having a balance between work and personal life
We strive to help you achieve a good balance between work and personal life.

Our Wellness Program allows you to participate in physical fitness programs, community service, volunteerism, or take first aid and related courses.  As a reward, you can collect Wellness Points and redeem them for a variety of gift cards.

You will also receive a Fitness Benefit where the company reimburses a portion of your membership fees each year.

In addition to the 10 company-paid holidays each year, you will receive a minimum of three weeks vacation to start, increasing with years of service.

You will have Care Days for when you need to take time for personal or family illness, or to attend to other personal matters.

We encourage flexible and part-time hours where we are able. Most of our employees are able to work reduced Summer Hours from May to September.
