Incentive Pay – Every employee at Credential participates in our annual bonus plan, based on clear company and personal objectives set at the beginning of our fiscal year. When we do well as a firm, everybody receives the financial benefits.
Group RRSP Plan – Contribute up to 6% of your base salary towards your RRSP and we’ll match it dollar for dollar from the day you start work. That’s up to 12% per pay towards ensuring your secure, long-term financial future.
Group Benefits Program – From day one, you and your dependents qualify for coverage under the Provincial Medical, Extended Health and Dental benefit plans, Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term disability, Critical Illness Coverage, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Best Doctors Program, and the Employee & Family Assistance Program. Plus, we pay 100% of the premiums.
Extra Perks – We have a number of reward programs that offer extra incentives. It could be an extra $1,000 for successfully referring great people, being reimbursed $150 for fitness-related memberships, fees, activities and equipment, or taking advantage of our discounted Transit Pass Program.
Vacation Time – In addition to the 11 company-paid days off for statutory holidays, employees receive a minimum of three weeks’ vacation to start, increasing with years of service.
Personal Obligation Days – Employees get two extra days per year to take care of personal matters.
